Minister Joyce Williams is a survivor of breast cancer, as well as a survivor of domestic violence. A former member of the Healing All Hearts Foundation and current advocate for verbal, sexual and physical abused victims, Minister Williams is dedicated to saving victims of abuse. “We are focused on all victims, women, men and children.”
