Is fasting important? What happens spiritually during a fast? How do I seek God to fix me during this fast?
Ezekiel 38:7 -Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them.

Fasts are significant to me in that during this time of afflicting my flesh, I am more sensitive to the voice of God. Spending time in His word allows me to have more revelation of His word. I become more focused on issues that I can take to God to purge from me. I guess a time of spiritual cleansing. An awesome time set aside for me and My God.
