Monica serves as the director of communications, and Trustee Ministry Administrator of The First Emanuel Baptist Church.  She writes or edits many of the communication pieces including website content, Echo news, marketing material, and so on. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Transportation.  Monica is a graduate of Southern University of New Orleans. Monica and her husband Jason have two children, Mason and Justin.
