One day before a global shutdown due to what we now know as, Covid19, Gov. John Bell Edwards, took time out of his busy schedule to congratulate our very own, Pastor Southall, on his 31st Pastoral Anniversary. Due to the global pandemic, all celebratory events were cancelled and this video was never shown. One year later, although, we are still feeling the affects from the global pandemic, one thing has remained true, God's love for his people is unconditional. On behalf of Gov. John Bell Edwards and the First Emanuel Church Family, we would like to say, Happy Anniversay Pastor Southall, thank you for everything.
